When: Kickoff is this Saturday at 11:00am (or start on your own later with the lesson recording). Then the goal is to learn 3 songs in 7 days, with our optional digital recital next Friday!

What We'll Learn: 3 Songs from Mr. Zach's book Kids Piano! Vol. 1:

• Song #1: Hot Cross Buns, Ouch! (easy beginner)
  
• Song #23. Ode to Joy (medium beginner),
  
• and Song #32: Theme to Für Elise (hard beginner)

During this challenge, your child will attempt to learn:

That’s a wonderful mix of easy, medium, and hard song challenges for absolute beginners — from silly, playful, and confidence building,— to energetic, joyful, and familiar— to a first taste of a true classical favorite.

It's a smart set of songs that will introduce your child to their first few keys in a way that builds fast and strong to something they will truly be proud of - and will make them want to keep learning MORE!

How the Challenge Works

As soon as you join, I’ll help you get ready one small step at a time.

Before THIS Saturday:

• I'll show you how to use ordinary steps like labeling your keys and printing your songs to build excitement and anticipation for your child!

Starting THIS Saturday:

• We learn our first song together at our Saturday morning kickoff
• Then start learning the next songs as soon as you're ready!
• Each day, I'll guide you through the challenge with reminder emails, parent tips, lesson links, encouragement, and opportunities to post your progress in our private Facebook group
• Share your best 1, 2, or all 3 songs in our optional recital on Friday!
• All challenge members get a customizable Certificate of Achievement to celebrate their success!
